Q: Why is ventilation important & how do I know if it is properly vented?
A: Signs of inadequate roof ventilation include excessive heat in the attic, condensation, mold growth, and shingle damage. A typical rule of thumb for our Pro Vent product is every 4 ft. along the top of the roof. To fix this, we can cut in more vents if it is found that the ventilation is poor.

Q: When is the ideal amount of damage to replace a roof? A: Even though a roof is warrantied to last 20-25 years with certain products, we recommend replacing 2-3 years prior to reduce maximum amount of potential damage or if you see a whole side of roof with severe weather damage & tear.
